BRJ, a respected enterprise in Cebu, Philippines, has been a significant presence in the BPO industry since 2008.
BRJ started as a transcription service provider to its NY-based client.
BRJ expanded to handle its client’s weekend and after-hours call center support. 
BRJ was entrusted by its client to handle 24/7 full call center support, which includes inbound and outbound calls during business hours, weekends, and after-hours. 
BRJ introduced Hospital Bill Audit as well as seasonal HEDIS review to its repertoire, leveraging the skills and experience of its registered nurses. 
BRJ escalated its service offering, providing various back-office support services to its client. 
We are taking a step further into the world of BPO and is confidently entering a new phase in its business strategy.
